St. Paul, MN – October 10th, 2019 — The staff at the world headquarters of NOVUS Glass, the innovator of windshield repair, spent a Friday morning preparing and packing hundreds of lunches for Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Upper Midwest. The lunches were sent to families staying in temporary rooms at Gillette Children’s Hospital and Children’s Minnesota in Saint Paul. This event is the latest in the ongoing partnership between NOVUS Glass and Ronald McDonald House Charities around the world.
“This is my favorite cause to donate time and resources to,” said Noah Stommel, NOVUS Franchise Development Director. “It’s amazing to see the very specific impact these activities make for families who are going through very difficult circumstances. It feels great to be able to make their lives just a little easier by partnering with Ronald McDonald House to give them food, shelter, activities—just a few things that they don’t have to worry about and they can focus on their family.”
NOVUS donated the food and set about assembling that food into box lunches for Ronald McDonald House guests in the family rooms. Ronald McDonald House Charities staff picked up the food and said, “Thank you, NOVUS Glass! We will be eating well tonight in the Family Rooms inside Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare and Children’s Hospital – Minnesota.”
